SECTION_01 Who Can Create an Account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with a parent or guardian's involvement. Accounts for minors under 13 are not permitted. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
SECTION_02 Creating an Account
Accounts are created through the app at app.keydir.in, using email or a supported sign-in provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping it current.
SECTION_03 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share them.
- Notify the platform promptly if you believe your account has been compromised — see the Report Abuse page.
SECTION_04 One Person, One Account
Each person should have a single account. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate votes, or game the system is prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
SECTION_05 Account Security
Use a strong, unique password, and enable two-factor authentication if the app offers it. KeyDir will never ask for your password, OTP, or payment details through email or chat.
SECTION_06 Business Accounts
Vendors, builders, and brands managing their listings should use their business identity on their account. Listing-specific obligations are described in the Vendor, Builder, and Brand policies.
SECTION_07 Closing an Account
You can close your account at any time from the app's account settings, or by requesting closure via the Contact page. Closing an account revokes access but does not, by itself, remove content you contributed — see Data Removal for removal requests.
SECTION_08 What Happens to Your Data
Account data is collected and handled as described in the Privacy Policy. On closure, retained data is limited to what is needed for security, archival, or legal purposes.
