Submit through the app or email with the listing URL and the correction, backed by a link to the vendor's current page.

Copyright

Security

SECTION_03 Response Times

  • Email is typically answered within a week; security and data-removal requests are prioritized.
  • KeyDir is a small team. If something is urgent, mark the subject line clearly.

SECTION_04 Report Abuse

Fraudulent vendors, false listings, harassment, vote manipulation, and anyone selling organic placement on the platform should be reported. A good report includes the listing URL, what happened, and any evidence.

SECTION_05 Request Data Removal

You can request removal of data about you or your business from the platform — listings you did not request, outdated personal details, or your own contributions — subject to the Privacy Policy.

SECTION_06 What We Can't Help With

  • Order problems — the KeyDir Application does not sell, ship, or process payments. Contact the vendor directly, and consult the applicable consumer-protection channel in your jurisdiction if needed.
  • Refunds — only the seller can refund you.
  • Legal disputes — the platform is not a mediator or a party to your transactions. See the Disclaimer.
