See something wrong? Tell us. Reports protect the community — from fake listings and scam vendors to harassment and vote rigging.

Scope: This document applies only to app.keydir.in and its related services.
The KeyDir Application is not a marketplace — it does not process payments or mediate disputes. Abuse reports help us keep the directory accurate and honest; they are not a substitute for consumer-protection action against a seller.

SECTION_01 What to Report

Use this channel to report:

  • A vendor, builder, or brand acting fraudulently or failing to deliver paid goods.
  • A listing that is false, misleading, or impersonating a real business.
  • Harassment, doxxing, or abuse by any user of the service.
  • Vote or review manipulation, including coordinated brigading.
  • Anyone claiming to sell listing placement, flags, or reviews on the platform.
  • Copyright infringement — see the DMCA page for that separate process.

When in doubt, report. KeyDir reviews every submission and will route anything misfiled to the right channel.

SECTION_02 What Not to Report Here

  • Order or refund problems — contact the vendor directly. The platform cannot issue refunds or chase sellers. See the Disclaimer.
  • Technical bugs in the app — use the Contact page.
  • Data removal requests — use the Data Removal page.
  • Security vulnerabilities — use the Responsible Disclosure process.

SECTION_03 How to Report

ChannelBest for
Email — officialkeydir.in@gmail.comSensitive reports, evidence with personal data, anything involving real identities. Use subject [ABUSE].
Contact pageAnything else. We will route the report correctly.

SECTION_04 What to Include

A useful report contains:

  1. The listing, page, or account involved — a URL is ideal.
  2. What happened, when, and the impact.
  3. Evidence — order numbers, screenshots, links. Redact personal data that isn't yours.
  4. Your contact details so we can follow up.
Never include passwords, OTPs, or full payment-card numbers in any report. Order references are enough — we will never ask you for credentials.

SECTION_05 What Happens Next

  • Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt of email reports within a few days.
  • Review — KeyDir investigates, usually within a week. The process is described in the Listing Policy.
  • Action — where warranted we may flag a listing, remove content, restrict an account, or report serious fraud to the relevant authorities.
  • Outcome — we reply with what was done. Where a report cannot be verified, we explain why.

Reports are handled confidentially. We do not publish who reported what.

SECTION_06 Retaliation Is Prohibited

Retaliating against someone for making a good-faith report — in listings, reviews, or community channels — is itself a violation of the Community Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy, and may result in account restriction.

SECTION_07 Contact

Send reports to officialkeydir.in@gmail.com with subject [ABUSE], or use the Contact page for other matters.
