SECTION_01 What Counts as User Content
User content is anything you submit to the platform: listing proposals, corrections, reviews, votes, votes on product information, profile details, and any other material you contribute.
SECTION_02 What You Guarantee
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You have the rights to submit what you post.
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- It does not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright.
- It does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy or the Community Guidelines.
SECTION_03 The License You Grant
You grant KeyDir a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, use, modify, and distribute your content as part of the platform. This license is necessary so the platform can display, correct, and maintain community-submitted data. It does not take away your ownership of the content itself, and it does not give anyone the right to use your content outside the platform.
SECTION_04 What You Must Not Post
SECTION_05 Review of Submissions
Submissions may be reviewed before publication. Where a submission violates this policy, it may be rejected, edited, or removed. The platform is not obliged to publish any submission.
SECTION_06 Removing Content
To remove content you submitted, use the Data Removal page. Content that is part of the public platform record may be retained for archival or security purposes even after removal from the live service. Copyright owners should use the DMCA procedure.
