SECTION_01 Our Standard
Prices shown on the platform are meant to reflect what a vendor's storefront shows at the time the price was observed. We aim for prices that are accurate at that point in time, clearly dated, and corrected promptly when an error is reported.
SECTION_02 Prices Are Not Real-Time
Price history and listed prices may not be real-time. A price you see may be hours, days, or weeks old. Always confirm the current price on the vendor's own storefront before purchasing. See the Price Tracking Policy.
SECTION_03 How We Detect Errors
- Community reports — members tell us a price no longer matches the storefront.
- Periodic checks — where automated checks run, mismatches are flagged.
- Vendor requests — businesses correct prices for their own listings.
SECTION_04 Reporting an Inaccurate Price
To report an inaccurate price:
- Note the product page URL and the price shown on the platform.
- Check the vendor's live storefront and note the current price.
- Report via the Report Abuse page (reason: "price issue") or email officialkeydir.in@gmail.com with subject
[PRICE].
Corrections backed by a link to the live storefront are processed fastest.
SECTION_05 Correction Process
- Valid reports are confirmed and the price is corrected or removed, usually within a few days.
- If the platform can no longer observe the product at all, the tracked price may be marked stale or removed.
- Repeated or deliberate false price reporting is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
SECTION_06 What a Correction Doesn't Do
Correcting a price on the platform does not obligate any vendor to honor it, and the platform does not sell anything itself. Price displays are informational reference only. See the Disclaimer.
