MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER

What the KeyDir Application is, what it isn't, and where the line sits between the directory and the businesses it lists.

Scope: This document applies only to app.keydir.in and its related services.

SECTION_01 A Directory, Not a Marketplace

The KeyDir Application is a directory. It helps you find vendors, builders, brands, and products. It is not a marketplace: it does not connect buyers and sellers for transactions, hold escrow, or process orders.

SECTION_02 Not a Party to Transactions

Every transaction happens directly between you and the business you buy from. The KeyDir Application is not the seller, not the buyer, and not an agent for either. It is not a mediator and is not a party to any contract you enter with a listed business.

SECTION_03 No Payment Processing

The platform does not accept payment on behalf of any vendor or builder, does not hold money, and does not process refunds. All payments, refunds, and disputes are handled solely between you and the business.

SECTION_04 No Product Ownership

Products shown in listings belong to the vendor or brand that sells them. The platform does not own, stock, or ship any product listed in the directory.

SECTION_05 No Endorsement

A listing is not an endorsement. Inclusion in the directory means a business met the eligibility criteria of the Listing Policy — nothing more. The platform does not vouch for the quality of any product or service, and it does not guarantee fulfillment by any vendor.

SECTION_06 Resolving Problems

If a purchase goes wrong, contact the business directly. Where consumer-protection law applies, escalate to the appropriate consumer forum. The platform's role is limited to keeping directory information accurate — report problems through the Report Abuse page. Full limits are in the Disclaimer.
